Built for stable and reliable round-the-clock identification, the EZ-S300 8-channel UHF RFID reader simplifies large-scale RFID deployment across warehouses, manufacturing plants and logistics hubs. Featuring 8 antenna ports, it enables wide-area, multi-angle tag detection to cover full portal or workstation zones, minimizing tag omission during bulk cargo inspection. Its adjustable 0~33dBm RF output power offers flexible reading distance tuning to balance performance and anti-interference.
The reader supports EPC and TID data reading, paired with mature anti-collision processing for fast multi-tag batch capture. Rich communication options include TCP/IP and RS232, alongside optocoupler input and output for external sensors and alarm devices, perfect for automated access and inventory gates. It supports customized working modes and provides SDK for secondary development, so developers can embed RFID functions into existing asset or warehouse management platforms easily. EZ-S300 8-Channel UHF RFID Reader
The EZ-S300 is an industrial 8-port split-type UHF RFID Reader operating at 902~928MHz.
Featuring adjustable 0~33dBm RF power and robust anti-collision algorithm, it enables high-speed multi-tag bulk reading with minimized missing reads.
Equipped with RS232, TCP/IP and 2-channel opto-isolated IO ports, it connects seamlessly with sound-light alarms and infrared sensors. Three software-switchable working modes (Active / Passive / Trigger) cater to diverse workflow logic.
It supports secondary development with SDK and dedicated technical support. Built for 24/7 continuous operation with low-power design, this reader is widely deployed for fixed asset management, power equipment tracking, IT asset control, warehouse inbound & outbound inventory and other RFID projects.
Application
1.Fixed Asset Lifecycle Management
Deployed at access gates or inventory workstations to identify tagged office instruments, medical devices and facility assets in batches. Linked with infrared sensors via opto-isolated IO, it auto-triggers tag capture for asset movement and sends real-time alerts for abnormal transfers, eliminating manual barcode scanning and missing records.
2.Power & Telecom Equipment Tracking
Applied to switchgears, ring main units, base station components and cabinet spare parts. It captures tag data during maintenance, equipment rotation and stock transfer. Via TCP/IP connection, it synchronizes records with maintenance platforms for patrol verification and loss prevention of critical spares.
3.Warehouse Inbound, Outbound & Pallet Inventory (RFID Portal Solution)
Installed at warehouse gates or conveyor lines, paired with infrared sensors and sound-light alarms. Under Trigger mode, it performs high-speed bulk reading for full pallet goods to reduce tag miss-reads. Data integrates with WMS to auto-generate receiving & delivery documents.
4.IDC & Computer Room IT Asset Control
For servers, switches, UPS units and cabinet accessories. Stationary readers enable fast bulk inventory of rack-mounted assets and track hardware relocation inside data centers, supporting automated IT asset ledger updates.
